I love this product. Originally I bought it to use for food demonstrations I worked regularly. The product is perfect for food demonstrations that require a frying pan or to keep food warm like a hot dish does. It's frying pan, a hot dish and perfect to simmer sauces and soups. Very easy to clean, light weight and does not take up much cabinet space. I use this product at home all the time because it prevents creating a stove top mess and because it takes minutes to clean the machine. Food cooks perfectly every time. Thumbs up all the way.
